The EskoArtwork documentation team produces dozens of documentation deliverables every year, in five or more languages. In addition, we need to share this content with the training and support departments. The need for a CCMS based on the DITA standard was acutely felt. After a thorough vendor selection process we decided to go with Componize because of their deep understanding of DITA and the needs of our documentation team, and the tight integration with Alfresco.
After only a few months of use, we are already seeing benefits: finding topics is a no-brainer thanks to the metadata library, publishing to PDF or web output has been reduced to just a few clicks, and we no longer need to worry about broken links and references.
