The Company
Componize Software is a software company founded in 2008 by a team of experts in Enterprise Content Management and XML technologies. Componize was founded with the vision of unchaining information from documents so that it can be more easily reused, reassembled, published to multiple channels, etc.
Leveraging the concepts of Component Content Management, we design flexible solutions that enable any organization to dramatically reduce costs of its publication, while improving process and optimising content quality. Our solutions include a flexible, Open Standards framework along with fully functional solutions such as Componize™ for Alfresco™.
We also supply Enterprise Content Management expertise and training services to our customers in the following industries: technical documentation, software/hardware manufacturing, media & publishing, banking, libraries/education and government.

Componize Software is a French S.A.R.L. with a registered capital of €88,400. Created by two individuals, Frank Shipley and Jean-Luc Borie, the company is entirely self funded.
Combining innovation, growth and profitability since its foundation in 2008, Componize Software is now supported by French Innovation Agency OSEO, and Provence-Alpes-Cote-d'Azur Regional Council.
